Soft washing that protects delicate surfaces.

Soft washing is a low-pressure cleaning method that uses specialised detergents to break down mould, algae, lichen and airborne grime before gently rinsing it away. It's the safest way to clean surfaces that high-pressure washing could damage — including painted render, cladding, weatherboards, soft brick and roof membranes. Across the Sunshine Coast and Gympie, humidity and coastal conditions mean organic growth builds up fast on exterior walls and roofs, dragging down the look of your property and trapping moisture that causes long-term damage. What makes ZOLB's approach different is that we don't just blast surfaces and hope for the best. We assess each material, apply the right treatment at the right strength, and let the chemistry do the work before a controlled low-pressure rinse. The result is a deeper, longer-lasting clean that protects your surfaces and keeps them looking newer for longer.

• Safe for render, paint, cladding, weatherboards and roof membranes
• Kills mould, algae and lichen at the root — not just the surface
• Longer-lasting results than high-pressure blasting alone
• Eco-friendly detergents applied at controlled strength
