The Real Story Behind

It started with two mates sitting in a garage, having a few beers.

No big business plan.

No fancy setup.

Just two blokes talking about life, their families, and how they could build something better for the people they care about.

That's where the idea for ZOLB Pressure Washing started.

Brendan went out and bought a cheap pressure washer. He started knocking on a few doors and doing some work on the weekends, just trying to make a bit of extra money.

Nothing complicated.

Just having a go.

But eventually, we looked at each other and thought:

Why don't we give this a proper crack?

At that point in our lives, we both needed a new direction.

I'm Brye.

I was a stonemason, but after developing silicosis, I had to leave the career I knew.

Brendan was a roofer, which made the transition into roof cleaning a natural one. He brings real hands-on experience and knows what to look out for, where extra care is needed, and the potential issues others might miss.

You can feel confident knowing your roof is being looked after by someone who genuinely understands roofs and cares about everyone's safety.

Neither of us started out thinking we would own a pressure washing business.

But we both knew one thing:

We wanted to see our families succeed.

So we made the decision to go all in.

We invested in top-of-the-range equipment, completed the proper training, and stopped looking at ZOLB as a little weekend side hustle.

We wanted to build a proper business.

Today, ZOLB provides Pressure Washing, Soft Washing, Acid Washing, Truck Fleet Cleaning, Gutter Cleaning, and Solar Panel Cleaning across the Sunshine Coast to Gympie.

But behind all the equipment, the trailer, and the work we do, there's something much more important to us.

Our families.

That's even where the name comes from.

ZOLB is made from the first letter of each of our kids' names.

That name goes on everything we do.

So when you see ZOLB out on the road or get in touch with us for a job, you're dealing with the same two mates who once sat in a garage with a couple of beers, wondering how they could create something better for their families.

We backed ourselves.

We gave it a proper crack.

And now we're building something we hope our kids can one day look back on and be proud of.
